Job title: PMO – Senior Planner

Salary: £40,748 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing and undertaking intermediate project reporting, scheduling and problem solving
- Providing technical support to team members
- Ensuring one or more aspects of Project Management and Controls (PMC) practices in the project are fit for purpose
- You will be identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project, with this, you will be able to apply appropriate PMC methods and tools
- Working with stakeholders to agree on the PMC approach and collaboratively prepare realistic project plans and track activities against the project schedule
- Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the overall project
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Good experience and knowledge of Project Management and Controls policies and procedure
- Experience working on Major Projects
- Demonstrable Project Planning experience
- Excellent Stakeholder management experience
- Full Microsoft package competency
Desirable
- Have experience with Primavera P6
- Project Management certification (APM, Prince2 qualified or Project Management degree) or equivalent experience
What you’ll be doing:

The Site and Facilities PMO Team
An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities. Working within the Planning team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site.
