Job Title: PMO – Senior Cost Analyst

Salary: £40,748+ depending on skills and experiences

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project point of contact for all cost-related tasks/queries
  • Governance and quality checking financial documents before submission
  • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand and address their financial reporting needs, providing insights and guidance
  • Be responsible for controlling and reporting financial aspects of projects, tracking spending, and controlling project costs

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Knowledge of Project Management and Controls procedures
  • Sound and demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement & communication
  • Highly competent in the full utilisation of Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent experience in data quality management

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of business systems and processes (SAP)
  • Project Management certification (APM, Prince2 qualified or Project Management degree) or equivalent experience

The Site and Facilities PMO team:

An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities. Working within the Cost team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site.

This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function and work across various platforms. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
