The team..

The Finance Continuous Improvement team leads major transformation initiatives across Group Finance, helping to simplify processes, improve systems and strengthen controls.

Working closely with Finance, HR and Technology teams, the team supports programmes that drive meaningful operational change across ITV. It's a collaborative and delivery-focused environment where strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management are key to success.

The role..

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive PMO Lead - Finance to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Finance PMO Manager, you'll support a key Finance Transformation Programme focused on simplifying ITV's corporate structure and improving the systems and processes that underpin Group Finance.

You'll play a central role in keeping the programme on track by maintaining plans, monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring stakeholders have clear and timely updates. This is a great opportunity for someone with PMO experience who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex programmes.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining project plans, milestones and dependency trackers
  • Monitoring risks and issues, ensuring actions are followed up and escalated where required
  • Tracking project KPIs and preparing clear status updates for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating updates from workstream leads to ensure reporting is accurate and timely
  • Maintaining programme governance documentation, including decision logs and meeting cadence
  • Supporting communications in partnership with the Change team
  • Providing day-to-day project administration, including meeting coordination and action tracking
  • Contributing to improvements in PMO processes, tools and reporting standards

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Proven PMO or portfolio management experience, ideally within a finance transformation environment
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, risk logs and governance documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and project tools such as Jira and Smartsheet
  • Ability to produce clear reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders

  • Interest in continuous improvement and standardising ways of working
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
