Description
You will build the next-generation CFO Super-App. Working closely with our leadership and world-class cross-functional teams, you will translate ideas into strategy and features and lead product development from inception to the market.
You will work on transversal initiatives and drive the data platform strategy that enables the flexible and performant data-oriented capabilities our teams will need to build a delightful product. You'll also work on cross-functional initiatives that require close collaboration with other product managers.
You'll take it from the early discovery phase to define its purpose and work with a sprint team to build and launch it.
You'll be able to team up with a high-performing, experienced team that has founded, built, and exited successful startups. You'll be a valued peer alongside product, design, software engineering, data science, and marketing team members.
What You'll Do
- Build leverage for the entire business by anticipating the needs and recognising patterns across all surface areas of Product development.
- Lead cross-discipline partners in defining more effective and efficient Translucent strategies, processes, and vision.
- Be data-informed and intrinsically customer-driven to improve all aspects of our product constantly.
- Squash inefficiency and inconsistency through advocating and evangelising.
Requirements
- Self-sufficient product manager.
- Experience with product management of financial data products.
- Experience leading product development at the greenfield stage.
- Experience defining precise, inspiring product requirements for your team members.
- Experience delivering customer value quickly through product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in defining and managing integration strategies, including API-based solutions, to enable seamless connectivity between platforms and support product scalability.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth startup environment.
- Based in London, UK.
