Position Summary

As a member of the Operations organization, you will help ensure the front-to-back client and trade lifecycle is managed in accordance with the existing control framework; as well as help develop and enhance the controls and infrastructure required to build a best-in-classOperations organization.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide Level 1 client service to our global customer base on topics including, but not limited to:
    • Account Management
    • Assist in account onboarding requirements
    • Trade settlement lifecycle workflows and regular rebate programs
    • Product/Registry holdings and activity
    • General troubleshooting of Xpansiv Connect platform and Registry specific issues
    • Daily management of market holdings and trading activity
    • Intraday and end-of-day transfer of product holdings via partner registries
    • Timely processing of Participant funds deposits and withdrawals
    • Troubleshoot breaks and other requests from clients and our Commercial teams
    • Coordinate with Operations management, Commercial, and Technology to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience
    • Create and compile trading and operational reports, which will include market trading activity and trend analysis across markets
    • New business support, including quantitative analysis around service requirements on launching new products and services
    • Liaise with clients to answer queries and report trades on a timely basis
    • Further enhancements and development across SalesForce applications including Service Cloud, CRM and Reporting
    • Other administrative responsibilities, as needed

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree with ~5-7 years of experience in a financial-services related Operations/Client Service function, preferred
    • Strong desire to continuously learn and embrace change quickly in a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure
    • Proven technical and analytical skills
    • A control mentality with meticulous attention to detail to both follow and enhance operational procedures
    • Effective communicator with an aptitude for building relationships
    • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with desire to expand expertise across new applications, as needed
