We're looking for a dynamic Plant Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires teams, and drives operational excellence. If you're passionate about safety, lean transformation, and building high-performing cultures, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the manufacturing operations at our Glasgow site, aligning the team to deliver business goals
• Drive a zero-incident safety culture and embed lean practices
• Build and develop high-performing, diverse teams
• Improve SQCD metrics and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and boost margins
• Engage effectively across all levels, including union partnerships

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in Operations/Lean Management with P&L accountability
• The ability to lead the site managers to become a high-performing, collaborative team
• Proven success in leading transformational change
• Strong lean manufacturing expertise and KPI delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
