We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Planning and Performance professional to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and optimize media strategies to achieve our client's marketing and business goals. This role requires a highly skilled digital expert who is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of OMNI media channels, tools, and best practices.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning for your dedicated assigned markets and brands, liaising with our Digital Centre of Excellence and local activation planning teams to develop cohesive, locally relevant plans. We want someone who has a passion for working with clients, developing relationships externally and internally and has a wealth of hands-on planning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong guidance and inspiration for your team and clients driving integration across channels within the media landscape.
  • Monitor quality control on daily workflow and that all processes are followed within your cluster and team.
  • Drive stewardship and compliance across markets that are aligned with approved processes and governance within the agency.
  • Ensure we are identifying key audience segments and assessing the most effective media channels to reach them at relevant sufficiency per channel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure role and attribution of channels is understood in the wider marketing mix by keeping abreast of developments across platforms and constantly encouraging integration with senior personnel.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including offline, search, social, display, video, and programmatic.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Ensure markets are producing the required regular performance reports and lead all related quality assurance across your assigned markets and brands.
  • Utilise data to track and report on the effectiveness of digital media strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and technology partners.
  • Evaluate and select tools and platforms that enhance digital media capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Must be technically proficient in Google Analytics 4, Paid social (META, TikTok, Snapchat at minimum), and Paid search (Google) ad management suits, up-to-date certifications beneficial.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
  • Beneficial experience or knowledge of running or managing digital marketing activity across other channels (e.g. Programmatic, Display, SEO, etc)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
