Pay Rate: £44,000 - £45,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday
Location: Regional, will need to travel to Manchester, Liverpool and Bristol

We're seeking a Planning Operations Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Travelling between Manchester, Liverpool and Bristol Airports - Expenses will be paid and accommodation will be provided
- Covering for the Operations Manager for Gatwick and Luton when they are on annual leave
- Resource planning to ensure our customer airports demand is covered both through long term and short term planning and understanding costs associated with these plans
- Build key relationships with internal departments and also customers to deliver right first time
- Understanding of all operational departments KPI and assist to achieve through ensuring correct resource and skill set available
- Data collation for reporting at weekly or monthly meetings to include areas such as attrition analysis, leave hours future costs, resource analysis of schedule versus actual
- Working with the GM's of each airport and Heads of Department to manage the engagement standards that drives workload outputs and ensure they are in line with the current operational requirements by department
- The Operations Manger for Planning overseas the planning administrators for all easyJet airports, there would be a need to travel to each site.
- There is a requirement to manage the teams personal development, conduct regular 121's and assist & guide with training where needed for their development.
- With the involvement in all airports there could also be a need to be involved in new start up projects and work with other teams such as IT to develop and implement new systems to be used within the department and within the operation.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Previous aviation experience - Desirable
- Be able to self manage
- Previous experience in managing a team
- Previous resource planning experience essential

- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
