This Planning Assistant role will be working on the Global Charity Unicef across all areas of the UK media planning and activation.
As an entry level professional in this position, you would have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and gain hands-on experience in the media industry. Your responsibilities might involve assisting with campaign planning, coordinating project timelines, conducting research, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Working closely with Managers and Directors , you would contribute to the overall success of client accounts by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely execution of tasks. This role can provide valuable insights into the world of media and advertising, allowing you to develop skills and knowledge that can be applied to various aspects of the industry.

The purpose of this role provides support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly. Coordinates activities, ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time.
- Clients: Responsibility of accuracy in everything we do. Ensure response to clients' emails or calls within an agreed timeframe even if just an acknowledge of receipt. Supports manager to provide timely and high-quality responses to client's requests, managing expectations and flagging issues. Ensure you are always prepared ahead of calls and meetings.
- Experimentation: Is curious and has a point of view and generates experimentation ideas.
- Radical Collaboration: Enthusiastic and driven to collaborate with their team and improve knowledge.
