The Role:

As an entry level professional in this position, you would have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and gain hands-on experience in the media industry. Your responsibilities might involve assisting with campaign planning, coordinating project timelines, conducting research, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Working closely with executives and managers, you would contribute to the overall success of client accounts by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely execution of tasks. This role can provide valuable insights into the world of media and advertising, allowing you to develop skills and knowledge that can be applied to various aspects of the industry.

The Client:

This role is to work across the BMW Group, which encompasses BMW & MINI brands. BMW needs no introduction, and is an industry leading German Manufacturers of premium, luxury and performance vehicles. MINI has a deep heritage in British culture and a heavy focus on asserting itself as a lifestyle brand within the category.

You'll be working within a wider agency roster and various client teams, where you'll be able to integrate yourself into a network of individuals who are passionate about building brands successfully within the automotive industry. iProspect's remit on the account includes developing the cross-channel, overarching media strategy and activating ATL media channels which include such as TV, Out of Home, Radio, Print and Partnerships. Digital media is activated by another agency in close collaboration with iProspect.

Both BMW & Mini offer the chance to work on iconic campaigns, which operate at the forefront of innovation and creativity within the media landscape. Successful candidates will demonstrate their capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external team members, as well the proactivity and energy required to deliver excellence in client servicing.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively supports the day to day planning on key accounts in collaboration with senior team members

• Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients

• Works with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to Service Level Agreement's

• Builds understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focuses to ensure investment is guided towards the most appropriate partners
