WHAT TO EXPECT
You'll project manage the collections strategy and whole life project delivery across a number of stakeholders.
The role is within a great team dynamic, which offers high levels of autonomy and flexibility. A high performing team offering exposure across Commercial and into the regions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage product business cases, pricing and market communications
- Manage the volume requirements of collections globally, with market engagement at the core
- Manage financial targets and forecasting including supporting markets meeting their targets
- Manage the market sales performance and communications flow, and product portfolio / inventory lifecycle planning
- Lead the Launch Management process (LMM), and its implementation through a product management tool (currently Wrike)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Sales background within a luxury goods environment desirable
- Influencing and negotiation skills across various stakeholders and hierarchy
- Understanding & experience of product lifecycle and purchasing planning
- Ability to work as a key stakeholder and influencer in cross functional teams, as well as working autonomously where required
- Robust commercial acumen with experience of budget planning and execution
Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 12 months. If you are a permanent employee, you will return to your current role / team at the end of the assignment unless you find an alternative role. If you are a fixed term employee, you will be offered a new fixed term contract for this assignment.
This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
