Overview
The Digitas Media team delivers integrated media solutions across Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO and Affiliates. Working with leading brands across retail, travel and B2B, we connect data, technology and creativity to create powerful digital experiences that win in the moments that matter. As our client relationships grow in scale and ambition, we're expanding our strategic planning capabilities across EMEA. This role is central to that growth.
You'll join a growing, strategically ambitious team where your voice matters. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact media strategy for global brands, lead talented planners, and play a key role in the next chapter of our agency's growth.
We're looking for an experienced, ambitious Planning Account Director. You'll lead strategic cross-channel planning, nurture senior client relationships, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional work.
You'll partner closely with the Business Director, shaping integrated media strategies that drive measurable business results while ensuring brilliant execution across digital and offline touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cross-channel media strategy and planning
- Act as senior client lead, building trusted, long-term partnerships
- Oversee campaign delivery, performance and optimisation
- Ensure work is insight-led, high quality and commercially strong
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Drive account growth and identify new revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong experience in media planning/client service
- Strong understanding of full-funnel media and integrated channel roles
- Experience working across EMEA (Germany a plus)
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering against ambitious KPIs
- Team leadership experience with a passion for developing talent
- Commercial awareness and strong financial management skills
