The Opportunity:
This is an ideal role for a qualified Planner ready to step into a client-facing position or a more experienced Senior Planner seeking a greater level of autonomy and impact. You'll be supported by experienced directors and work closely with clients, local authorities, and design teams on a range of exciting planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing planning applications, appeals, and representations
• Preparing site appraisals and planning strategy reports
• Advising clients on planning policy and development potential
• Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
• Supporting or leading on business development (Senior Planner level)

What We're Looking For:

• RTPI-accredited degree (MRTPI or working towards it)
• Consultancy or local authority experience in development planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A confident, proactive approach to project work
• For Senior Planner: proven track record managing projects and client relationships
