Knight Frank is looking to hire a Placemaking, Enlivenment & Occupier Engagement Manager.

Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Placemaking, Enlivenment & Occupier Engagement Manager to join our Property Asset Management (PAM) Central London team. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing engagement strategies across our Central London assets, enhancing our service offering, and driving growth in this key area of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Knight Frank's Engagement Programme, including creating a comprehensive Engagement Strategy to support placemaking initiatives.
  • Design and implement approaches to foster community capacity and facilitate community-led projects and initiatives.
  • Embed community engagement practices within onsite teams, tailoring approaches to meet specific client and asset needs.
  • Lead innovations in community engagement and ensure delivery of core engagement mechanisms across Knight Frank sites.
  • Incorporate equality considerations into the design and delivery of community engagement initiatives.
  • Evaluate community engagement projects and programs, identifying lessons learned to refine future approaches.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and build internal and external networks to support community engagement projects.
  • Act as a communication channel between Property Management, Facilities Management, ESG, and other relevant teams.
  • Identify and leverage innovative communication opportunities to promote Knight Frank and our services.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to support engagement with clients and occupiers.
  • Create and maintain a community engagement webpage and online forum in collaboration with the Digital Communications team.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for individuals and occupier groups to engage in local community activities.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and presentations on community engagement activities for Knight Frank Partners.
  • Potential future responsibility for line management of Community Engagement Officers.
  • Develop and implement effective monitoring systems for team activities, outcomes, and achievements.

Key Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in placemaking, community engagement, or similar roles within the commercial real estate sector
  • Strong understanding of engagement strategies and their application in property management
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools
  • Experience in project management and evaluation
  • Knowledge of equality and diversity considerations in community engagement
