Tesco Pharmacy Technicians pay starts at £14.21 per hour, rising to £15.48 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for
Accurately dispense prescription medicines and assess legal appropriateness.
Provide friendly, professional advice on medicines, ailments and pharmacy services.
Support pharmacy management and follow all SOPs and dispensary routines.
Keep dispensary and consultation areas clean, organised and compliant.
Handle customer and healthcare professional queries within competence.
Complete prescription administration accurately and on time.
Promote pharmacy services, products and company initiatives.
Coach and support team members as needed.
Maintain GPhC registration, training and professional development.
You will need
NVQ‑level Pharmacy Technician or Accuracy Checking Technician qualification (or equivalent).
Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician/Accuracy Checking Technician.
Evidence of completing a recognised training programme for Pharmacy Technicians or Accuracy Checking Technicians.
Proof of meeting annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
