Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Willaston, Cheshire West.
Willaston is in between Crewe and Nantwich and is accessible from Chester. This pharmacy is a new addition to the business.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
- It dispenses 8,000 items a month,
- It provides a wide range of services including NMS, flu vaccines, blood pressure checks, ABPM and CPCS.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 7 pharmacy assistants.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

Package Description
On top of your salary:
- We support all of our Pharmacists through the Independent Prescribing (IP) Qualification,
- You can receive up to 15% of your annual salary, in bonuses, based on performance and delivery,
- You can receive Relocation support (up to £8k) - this payment is dependent on job location and role. Please check the 'salary' section for this.
- You can get a Welcome to Well bonus (£5K net payment) - This payment is exclusive to roles in certain locations. Please check the 'salary' section for this.
