Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What you'll do

To provide proactive, professional, and confidential support to the Consumer Director; anticipating their needs and operating with a high degree of autonomy, pragmatism, and flexibility to ensure you anticipate in advance their requirements and plan accordingly.

Required to build strong and positive relationships, bringing a positive attitude acting as the professional point of contact to internal and external visitors.

Required to have first class planning and organisation skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships specifically with the Consumer Leadership Team, Consumer PA's and with appropriate key contacts across Vodafone internally as well as externally.

Who you are

Experience of working at a Senior Leadership Team/board level is essential.

In addition to this, you will have:

  • Ability to deal with all levels of Management and remain confidential at all times.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office packages -Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Ability to prioritise varied and often hectic workload.
  • Extremely organised, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and approachable.
  • First class time management skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to work alone using own initiative.
