Do you thrive on organisation and enjoy supporting senior leaders to deliver their best? Then join us as a Personal Assistant and play a vital role in keeping our department running smoothly.

As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Assistant Director and Lead Member. From managing diaries and meetings to preparing reports and coordinating projects, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring priorities are met and decisions happen on time.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have strong communication skills and can produce accurate written reports.
  • Are highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Possess excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Have previous experience providing secretarial or PA support.
