We are now looking for a Performing Arts Programme Manager to join us on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week, for a 10 month fixed-term contract (November 2025 to August 2026) to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Role

As our Performing Arts Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of an exciting, high-quality programme of creative opportunities for young people aged 11-25 across theatre, spoken word, poetry, movement, and circus.

You'll work with artists, tutors, and creative industry partners to design and deliver imaginative projects, residencies, and showcases, supporting young people to develop their skills and confidence.

From producing performances and cross-arts collaborations to championing youth voice and leadership initiatives, you'll be at the heart of making Roundhouse a space where creativity and progression thrive.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage budgets, evaluation frameworks, and safeguarding practices
- Co-ordinate public performances, sharings, and showcases at Roundhouse and external venues
- Lead communications with young people and support inclusive recruitment
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote opportunities

About You

To be considered as our Performing Arts Programme Manager, you will need:

- Experience of co-ordinating and leading varied programmes of Performing Arts activities and/or training programmes
- Significant experience of programming creative activities for 11-25-year-olds
- Experience of managing training and/or talent development programmes
- Experience of co-ordinating a range of performance opportunities
- Experience of working in culturally diverse settings
- Excellent people management skills
