Job Description

  • Creating and executing performance marketing strategies & execution plans
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
  • Implementing A/B testing
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimisation for key traffic KPIs via paid channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
  • Report and meeting report deadlines
  • Working across fascia forecasts to ensure we meet monthly targets but also spend budgets strategically.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, display, social media, and other digital channels
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
  • Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
