Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional Performance Business Director to lead central digital activation for the ex-US global business. Working closely with the London-based ex-US account team, US-based Publicis Alchemy colleagues, and more than 30 local markets worldwide, this role sits at the centre of a highly collaborative global ecosystem.
This role sets the annual biddable strategy, drives cross channel integration, and ensures world class delivery across social and programmatic channels. It also plays a critical role in aligning biddable activation with connected disciplines including SEO, Search, TAAG, APEX, analytics, and omnichannel planning.
You will oversee campaign quality, measurement frameworks, operational governance, and cross market collaboration, ensuring the hub delivers consistent, scalable, and compliant activation. As the senior point of contact for global and regional stakeholders, this role shapes the future of the hub model and leads a high performing, multi-location team.
With a balance of curiosity, rigour, and fresh thinking, the role will support stronger creative briefing, define production requirements, and confidently balance client, agency, and team needs to drive long-term impact and consistency at scale.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital strategy and activation across social, programmatic, and (ideally) search
- Proven track record leading large, multi-market activation teams across multiple locations
- Strong expertise in operational leadership, hub model deployment, and cross-channel integration
- Deep understanding of campaign delivery processes, optimisation frameworks, measurement methodologies, and automation solutions
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to unify geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and lead teams through change
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, brand safety, and data privacy requirements (pharma experience advantageous)
