People & Talent Manager
- Up to £55,000 per annum.
- London- Hybrid
Are you looking for a new role that works closely with the People & Talent team and play a key role in shaping day-to-day people processes and operations. Ideally they are looking for an organised, proactive, and system-savvy individual who thrives on getting things done. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on boarding, off boarding, and employee change requests, collaborating with Payroll and IT for seamless execution.
- Manage CRM & HR system, ensuring data and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee benefits, salary reviews, and share issuance processes.
- Communicate essential company information and keep our internal people updated.
- Track visas and right-to-work checks for international employees, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain employee files and documentation, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Continuously improve people processes and drive operational excellence.
- Be a role model and champion of high performance, engagement, and well-being initiatives to help scale the business effectively.
Office Management:
- Ensure the office is welcoming and well-managed, with food, drinks, and regular social events.
- Manage suppliers and budgets for office maintenance, food/drink, events, and more.
- Lead Health & Safety compliance, managing policies and processes.
- Foster team culture and community for hybrid/remote workers through virtual engagement.
- Enhance communication and operational effectiveness across teams.
- Organise company events, socials, and activities to strengthen team bonds.
- Assist with room bookings, travel arrangements, logistics, and ad hoc tasks for the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles.
- Health & Safety experience (certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in a visible role.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Attention to detail and a thorough, hands-on approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
