  • Providing a professional, responsive, and legally compliant people relations advisory service for a diverse range of stakeholders and leaders, maintaining tight alignment with our Service Level Agreements.
  • Logging new cases onto Oracle upon triage and updating the internal Case File Tracker daily with detailed, timed, and dated entries.
  • Participating actively in weekly PR Case Clinics to report on case status, share tactical learnings, and collaborate on strategic resolutions with the broader People Partnering team.
  • Contributing to data compilation for monthly reporting metrics delivered to the HR Leadership Team to actively monitor cultural trends and risk patterns.
  • Partnering with the Head of People Policy and cross-functional teams to continuously evaluate, update, and improve HR policies by feeding back case learnings.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5.
  • Significant senior-level HR generalist/business partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-profile organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relation investigation processes, including strong report writing skills.
  • Extensive experience providing objective, proactive, and commercially focused HR counsel directly to senior leadership groups.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice initiatives.
  • Experience of writing to a high standard in a clear and concise way.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and a proactive, self-starter mindset with a "can-do" approach.
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity about the broader business, welcoming new perspectives through curiosity, honesty, and mutual respect.
  • Flexible in style with the ability to accommodate a variety of different attitudes and adjust your approach accordingly.
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience working with organisational complexity, matrix structures, and a high degree of ambiguity, while remaining calm under pressure.
