Salary: Circa £41,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the People Insights Manager and Senior People Insights leads to answer People (HR) related business questions by examining data, testing hypothesis and scenarios and conducting analysis of People data (e.g. Success Factors or other HR information systems reports / dashboards)

  • Working closely with the Shared Services HR Forward Deployed Analytics & Reporting team to ensure stakeholder requirements are met e.g. input into the scoping & designing of new dashboards/ reports and enhancing existing dashboards

  • Providing required data that cannot be accessed through self service

  • Structure evidence and translate the analysis to identify useful insights. Clearly communicate key analysis insights and recommendations through presentations, reports and discussions and support stakeholders to drive business change.

  • Taking responsibility for elements of Data Analytics projects and work towards leading small/medium sized projects

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Be confident using Excel and PowerPoint and creating graphs / visualisations and presenting

  • Wish to further analytics skills and contribute to improving the Business through providing valuable insights which will inform data led decisions

  • Proven experience with attention to detail looking for trends, patterns, anomalies in data and linking them with the current business environment

Desirable:

  • Experience using tableau

The HR Data & Technology Team:

As part of the Head Office team, you’ll be at the heart of this endeavour – working closely with our air, maritime, land and cyber and intelligence businesses to support our customers around the world. Working across a range of internal datasets and external benchmark opportunities, the role requires an ability to analyse complex data, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities and articulating these to stakeholders across the Organisation, acting as part of a consultancy model to guide the decision-making process.
