People Experience Consultant

Role Description

We're looking for a People Experience Specialist with expertise in talent, graduate and early careers and a real passion for the below areas:

In this role, you'll design and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that enhance the overall employee experience with a focus on talent, graduate recruitment and early careers.

By collaborating with stakeholders across the business and listening to the voice of our people, you'll shape initiatives that reflect our strategy, align with existing frameworks, and support both organisational priorities and what matters most to our people.

This is a hybrid role based in any of our UK offices, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £55,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

In this role you will be:

  • Building trusted relationships across People & Culture and various Business areas to deliver People Experience outcomes and improve Moments that Matter.
  • Leading the design, delivery, and management of People Experience initiatives, events, platforms, and processes that are accessible and valuable across AzUK.
  • Supporting the Director, People Experience COE in sourcing, contracting, and managing external delivery partners in line with Procurement and Risk frameworks.
  • Managing governance and stakeholder forums, and coordinating Culture Champion communities to drive People Experience outcomes.
  • Fulfilling data, reporting, and action plan requests for stakeholders within AzUK, Group, and external partners.
  • Sharing data-driven insights and trends with business stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and prioritisation of People Experience outcomes.
  • Providing subject matter expertise to advise individuals and the business on People Experience topics, driving sustainable positive change.
  • Representing AzUK at external events as an ambassador for People Experience.

Essential Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable expertise in talent management, graduate and early careers and a real passion for CSR, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Wellbeing & Recognition, Learning & Development with knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Proven experience delivering initiatives or programmes that improve People Experience within organisations.
  • Passion and commitment to driving positive change, with a strong work ethic and ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, using empathy and active listening to build trust and create safe spaces.
  • Effective team player, adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ability to influence behaviours and mindsets to enable progressive change across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights, informing decisions and prioritising deliverables.
