Key accountabilities

  • Assist the People & Culture Manager in handling all facets of People & Culture which includes compensation & benefits, engagement programmes, communication, and recognition initiatives.
  • Produce people related data and reporting for strategic planning and action where required.
  • Design, deliver and communicate policies and processes that improve the working and volunteering experience of our employees.

General requirements

  • Previous experience in HR ideally in the hospitality industry but other industries will be considered
  • Strong people person with natural ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Brings creativity to work, highly adaptable, naturally positive with a fun attitude
  • Fluent English communication proficiency
  • Excellent analytical, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint
