Purpose

In this key leadership role, you'll champion our people-first culture, ensuring fairness, integrity, and excellence in everything we do. Working closely with our Managing Director and Heads of Department, you'll drive engagement, wellbeing, and development-creating an environment where our team thrives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR processes autonomously, achieving personal and business goals.
  • Oversee and implement the Food & Drink People Piece (TPP) and business excellence program (Signatures).
  • Provide proactive people support, ensuring training, performance, and development needs are met.
  • Advise and coach on people management processes, aligning with culture and legal frameworks.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit interviews, collaborating with KERB+ for placements.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, time and attendance tracking, and leave management per business needs.
  • Champion EDI initiatives, staff wellbeing, and effective communication, linking with culture teams.
  • Monitor performance, budgets, sustainability, and strategic business growth through regular reviews.

  • Qualified & Experienced - You hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or bring equivalent experience in a similar leadership role.
