We are seeking experienced Pega Senior Developer (CSSA) with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are looking for skilled Pega Senior Developer (CSSA) with proven experience delivering solutions using the Pega Constellation design system. The candidate should bring strong hands-on build skills and the ability to work closely with architects and BAs to deliver high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cases, data objects, UI, and flows using Constellation
• Implement business rules, decisioning, and workflow logic
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP connectors
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices
• Support unit testing, defect resolution, and deployments
• Collaborate with LSA, BAs, testers, and product teams

Your Skills:

Required Skills

Certified CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Hands-on Pega Constellation experience
• Strong Pega rules development background
• Understanding of case lifecycle, data transforms, activities, data pages
• Experience with integrations and APIs

Nice to Have

KYC / CDH/AML experience
• Frameworks like Smart Dispute/CS/SI is added advantage
• Background in financial services or banking
• Financial services or regulatory domain exposure
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
