DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to take sole responsibility for all payroll matters across the UK & Ireland, including UK-based global employees. Key duties include managing payroll adjustments (approx. 350 employees), pension contributions, deductions, payments, HMRC compliance, P11Ds, PSA, Gender Reporting, Year End processing, incentive tax liabilities, share schemes, and health insurances. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience and a strong understanding of UK payroll regulations.

As the Payroll Manager UK&I, you will:

Work with the HR team & FP&A to complete the following tasks:

    • Answering all payroll queries received into Payroll.
    • Full end to end completion of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees.
    • Preparation for review by the FD & Directors, of monthly payroll including analysis and providing commentary on any exceptions.
    • Creating the Mastersheet monthly sheet for analysis purposes.
    • Managing and reporting the monthly pensions payments and files required to our Pension provider, including handling any queries from our stakeholders.
    • Reconciliation of Paycare Invoices for UK and other entities. Providing figures for recharge.
    • Responsible for the admin & input of the DIS.
    • Admin & Management of our Cycle to Work scheme and our Electric Vehicle Scheme (via salary Sacrifice).
    • Regular reconciliation of the PAYE / NI account with HMRC and responsible for the FPS & EPS on a monthly basis.
    • Year End Payroll duties to both HMRC and employees including production and distribution of P60's and P11D's.
    • Production and timely send of payslips to HR & P45's where relevant.
    • Annual preparation, completion and submission of P11D's.
    • Annual preparation, completion and submission of PSA agreement.
    • Oversight of sales incentive tax benefits advice and liability with communication to the teams involved.
