Join our Global Sales Fulfillment Team in which you will be a pivotal force in driving seamless sales execution and client satisfaction, where your expertise in process management and cross-functional collaboration will empower our sales organization to exceed targets and deliver exceptional business outcomes in the Payments Corporate and Financial Institution segments.
As a Payments Sales Fulfillment Global Team Manager in the Payments Sales organization, you are responsible for the development and day-to-day management of the global Sales Fulfillment Team, for the Payments Corporate and Financial Institution segments. In this role, you will report into the Head of Sales Success. Additionally, in this role, you will serve as a resource manager for analysts and associates transitioning to other associate roles within Sales, providing support as a stakeholder, mentor, and advocate for their career and daily needs. Your role will involve aligning and standardizing processes regionally and globally, managing the talent cycle, and fostering development through events and councils such as regional summits and the A&A Growth Council.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the Sales Fulfillment Team's role in Payment Sales, ensuring top-tier delivery of sales implementation requirements, including billing, pricing setups, and other ad-hoc business support tasks
- Develop and integrate the function into a centralized global center of excellence, utilizing a "follow the sun" model to ensure continuous support and efficiency, driving automation of repetitive processes leveraging AI, Robotics and other enabling tools
- Lead change and process management initiatives, including impact assessment, documentation, communication, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation and testing
- Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding and standardized training programs for Sales Fulfillment associates to ensure consistent skill development and knowledge sharing
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance business efficiency and streamline processes
- Strategically plan and adjust the control environment to meet the tactical and logistical needs of business growth and expansion
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, implementation, product, operations, and other cross-functional partners to proactively address and resolve issues related to deal execution processes
- Serve as a resource manager for analysts and associates transitioning to other associate roles within Corporate Sales
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Extensive experience in Treasury Services, with a focus on Sales Management and Implementation processes for corporate clients
- In-depth knowledge of Payment products, strategies, and the current regulatory landscape
- Strong background in process management
- Proven experience managing large, cross-cultural, and cross-regional teams
- Ability to navigate the organization and manage multiple stakeholders to drive results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels and across diverse business areas
- Diverse problem-solving expertise, with a strong ability to analyze issues, apply quantitative analytical methods, and communicate effectively and confidently in both oral and written forms, while excelling in cross-functional team environments
- Receptive to an environment that encourages active developmental feedback both to and from peers
- Proficient in using MS Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced tools like PitchPro, with efficiency and expertise
