Range: Grade 7 SCP 18-23

FTE Salary: £31,537 - £34,434

Actual Salary £27,966 - £30,534

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

Leasowes are recruiting for a hardworking and dedicated Pastoral Manager. You will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of policies and practices throughout the school ensuring that the school fulfils its responsibilities for supporting behaviour, child protection and other pastoral issues. The role would promote and facilitate effective practised across the school that combine to safeguard the pupils in our care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational Teacher of Humanities with the ability to teach to a professional standard who understands effective student learning through challenging, high quality and exciting teaching methods.

The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress. This will be achieved through planning and delivering engaging lessons, which will inspire our learners to succeed.
