About The Role

Pastoral Care Manager

Scale PO1 term time only 35 hours per week

Initial Salary: £38,345.12

Contract: Initially One Year's Contract but with opportunity to become permanent.

Required for: January 2026 or as soon as possible after

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual to join our school team.

Are you someone who can:

• Put our community at the forefront of their work?
• Support adults as well as children towards the school's goals?
• Uphold a high standard of behaviour, care and guidance for children?
• Maintain excellent relationships and communication with parents and carers?
• Lead and support staff to provide excellent physical and mental health care for our children?
• Provide administrative support within the safeguarding and well-being teams?
