An outstanding Primary/Secondary School is seeking a Pastoral Manager to join their growing team.

They are looking to appoint a Cover Manager to ensure pupils undertake a pre-prepared lesson during a teacher's absence, support students and work closely to support the pastoral and curricular systems both operationally and administratively.

Responsibility

• To actively promote the Academy's Equal Opportunities Policy and Diversity Strategy and observe the standard of conduct which prevents discrimination taking place.

• To work with colleagues to achieve school improvement plan objectives and targets.
• To participate in Employee Development schemes and Performance Management and contribute to the identification of own team development needs.
• To actively support all school policies and strategic objectives.

Experience, Training and Qualifications of the individual:

• Be creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box.
• Previous experience with providing cover in a variety of subjects.
• Is a team player who puts the success of all learners at the heart of all they do
• Is passionate about ensuring every student meets their potential
• Has excellent subject knowledge

To be eligible for this role, the potential candidate must:

• Hold the right to work in the country of the role.
• DBS certificates
• Pastoral Manager experience
• Provide specific references.
