Location: Halesowen

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 18.00pm

Salary: Up to £33.5K - Plus Bonus Scheme

What are we looking for:

• Parts Sales Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• People management skills
• Customer Service Skills
• DAF experience a bonus but not essential

What will you be doing:

• Managing and maintaining the smooth running of the department
• Manage daily/monthly parts sales performance
• Lead, coach and develop parts advisors
• Drive proactive outbound sales activity
• Working with Parts Managers and Operational teams to achieve leading standards
