Jaguar Land Rover have a rare management opportunity to join the team as a Parts Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Supervisor to take the next step in their career, or someone who has strong leadership experience and is looking for a new challenge in an exciting industry.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service and has ambition to progress within Jaguar Land Rover and Dick Lovett Group.

If you have great communication skills and can drive incremental retail sales, as well as increasing our trade parts business, we would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Parts operations to ensure the efficient running of the department.
• Take charge of stock take and stock management.
• Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
• Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
