Team & Role

As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with key business partners. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align business objectives, develop joint strategies, and drive successful outcomes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships.

Reporting to VP Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation by building, maintaining and expanding relationships with key strategic partners. Our ecosystem of partners includes technology providers, individual referral partners, solution providers and a community, all of whom contribute to delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

The Partnerships Team is the bridge between external partners and our internal functions - aligning business goals, collaborating on product integration and co-developing solutions that accelerate both partner and customer success. We work closely with a diverse set of partners to enhance the capabilities of the Sesame platform, foster new opportunities for revenue growth and ensure seamless, value-added services for our clients.

What You Will be Doing

  • You will be owning one of our partner ecosystem pillars - from recruitment of new partners, to execution, goal setting and driving success. This will also include helping to create a meaningful value proposition, and go to market strategy.
  • You will be responsible for driving meaningful and repeatable revenue generation through your ecosystem pillar
  • You will be building and maintaining relationships with existing and new partners
  • You will be doing partner enablement; arm partners with everything they need to be successful
  • You will be identifying new partnership opportunities as well as expanding existing relationships
  • You will be doing performance monitoring and reporting; conducting QBRs and goal setting to remain accountable

Your Skills & Expertise

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a partner relationship experience in a B2B SaaS business preferably in fintech/FS related field (experience in growing a successful referral partner network is a plus)
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in a business related topic or a good knowledge of the FS field
  • You have prior experience with Front-to-Back Systems, PMS, OMS or Risk Management Systems
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • You are a good listener and you enjoy problem solving and networking
  • You have used Hubspot or other CRM tools is a plus
  • You are native/fluent in English, another foreign language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
