About the role
As a Partnerships Manager you will drive the multi-platform partnership revenue across the Immediate portfolio. You will focus on telling the exciting Immediate story to agencies and clients. Presenting them the endless possibilities of connecting with our scaled, high value audience - 26m, premium, engaged, and loyal consumers in the UK every month.

As a Partnerships Manager you will be:
- Responsible for driving partnership revenue across the whole Immediate portfolio and winning pitches!
- Seeking out and developing relevant partnership briefs and concepts within agencies for existing and new clients (core and non-core), turning around first-class pitches often with short notice.
- Servicing your dedicated agency patch, developing deep relationships, and understanding of clients and their plans, objectives, and business challenges. Develop and maintain strong senior agency and client relationships.
- Pro-actively pitching our premium audiences, primarily to media agency planners and partnership/client teams but also to direct clients and PRs where appropriate.
- Coming up with pro-active concepts to take out to market.
- Partnerships will run multi-platform, but you will focus on driving maximum digital revenue across the portfolio.
- Work very closely with your Markets team on two-way sharing of information, client pitches, pro-active ideas, editorial and brand updates etc.
- Work very closely with your relevant Agency Trading team on the most effective approach to maximise partnership revenues and manage agency relationships in a co-ordinated, collaborative approach.
- Work closely with relevant teams across the business including IMLive, Imagine Studio, Social & Native, audience, editorial, publishing, product, tech & marketing on potential and live opportunities.
- Lead brainstorms and coordinate various teams to think up and develop innovative, exciting and effective concepts.
- Renewal is a key focus for the team, so you will be a top-class account manager, building deep relationships with your clients and agency patch to ensure renewal rate is achieved.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date records and pipeline on our Salesforce CRM and complete all other necessary administration.
- Achieve individual objectives and KPIS set.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Sales Planners to ensure best in class end-to-end partnership delivery.
Requirements
- Proven capability of selling high value, complex partnerships to clients.
- Existing relationships with contacts within agency partnership and planning teams.
- A highly creative mind and capability to excite and engage clients and agencies with new ideas.
- Very strong & broad digital understanding.
- Experience and understanding of mobile & social platforms and solutions.
- Experience of selling content led video ideas for partnerships.
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience of presenting at the highest level.
- Very strong written and numeracy skills.
- Sound negotiation skills.
- Tenacious, relishes working autonomously, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
- Highly personable, collaborative, enthusiastic and persuasive.
- Pro-active approach with a drive for results and strong desire to win!
