- Crew Manager / Grade 5 - £33,366 per annum (pro rata if part time)
- 42 hours per week (Grey Book) or 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Are you passionate about community safety and building partnerships that make a real difference? We have a fantastic opportunity to join Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service's Prevention team as a Partnerships and Delivery Manager.
Your role and responsibilities:
As the Partnerships and Delivery Manager, you will support and organise prevention activities at stations. Your primary responsibilities include working with partners in health and social care. Together, you'll help them improve their ability to conduct safe and effective visits. You will promote safer home activities for station staff, partner organisations and volunteers. Focus especially on the most vulnerable members of the community. You will also:
- effectively apply the principles in the SFRS Service Plan, Community Risk Strategy, and the Prevention Department's Business and Delivery plans
- collect, analyse, and share risk information with Response Command, while coordinating risk-driven initiatives
- co-ordinate station-based prevention delivery and assist with the quality assurance of performance
- help evaluate delivery methods to meet the standards of His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire Rescue Services
- assist with coordination and management of SFRS volunteer.
