As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects, from TV sponsorships to radio partnerships, influencer collaborations, social media partnerships to experiential activations, and everything in between. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the UK's most interesting media partners including ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Versus, Heart, Kiss, Conde Nast, Hearst, Livewire, Twitch and LADBible. Our impressive client list includes Unilever, KFC, M&S, Vinted, Paypal and Weetabix, providing you with some of the best briefs in the industry.

About the role

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Build strong, effective relationships and a close rapport with clients, acting as a trusted specialist advisor and maintaining relationships of respect
  • Managing, supporting and developing an Account Executive across all functions of the team
  • Building excellent media owner relationships and strong relationships with day-to-day contacts, representing the company and client in a professional manner
  • Continually looking for creative inspiration, within and outside of media, finding ways to include it within your work and sharing it with the rest of the team
  • Developing effective relationships with internal colleagues to ensure partnerships are used effectively within the overarching client plans
  • Seeking and developing new partnership solutions for clients both proactively and in answer to specific briefs
  • Proactive development of account teams' expertise in all areas of media sponsorships and activation
  • Leading the development and negotiation of new partnerships for clients
  • Leading the Project Management of the delivery of partnerships and activation, often working in collaboration with a number of other agencies (PR, influencer etc) from approval of a deal to campaign completion and delivery of PCAs
  • Developing a good understanding of all aspects of clients' marketplace and business
  • Responsible for the initiating sharing and circulating of inspirational content and ideas throughout the team and agency
  • Supporting in new business opportunities/pitches as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of managing clients autonomously - engendering confidence and trust from clients

• Excellence in project management and organisational skills with excellent written, verbal, analytical, financial and numerical skills

• Great presentation skills with the ability to present in a compelling way to clients

• A proven ability of generating creative and effective integrated client solutions in the partnership space

• Creative flair, great at idea generation with a desire to improve on what has gone before

• Fantastic financial understanding of client profitability and confident in managing (and learning the internal) financial process

• An excellent understanding of marketing, media strategy development and planning processes

• An excellent understanding of the media partnerships market, current industry state of play and latest developments

• Proactive nature, strong self-motivation - a self-starter and results orientated

• Autonomous and confident but equally a great team player
