About the Role

Working style: Hybrid - Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Travel Requirements: Up to 3 days a week in the London

We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team to develop our existing co-branded credit card programme, driving outcomes for customers, partners and Jaja.

You'll take on day-to-day management of our biggest cobrand partner, ensuring the success of the credit card programme and leading our new customer acquisition efforts across their distribution channels.

Joining us in a key role in our growing Commercial team, you'll use your marketing skills and experience to help us drive commercial performance of the programme to benefit all parties.

You'll get the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, across a breadth of areas, with real ownership and input into a rapidly scaling credit card programme, developing your skillset across all aspects of commercial management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for our co-brand partner for all aspects of the card programme, connecting them to the relevant SMEs across Operations, Commercial, Analytics and Tech
  • Champion the programme internally - making the case for investment and prioritisation of key initiatives and seeing them through to delivery
  • Owning the acquisition marketing plan, responsible for sales and budget planning and reporting across partner distribution and external channels, working with agency partners to deliver efficiencies in spend
  • Develop and iterate propositions through testing and customer/partner feedback
  • Own the reporting and governance for the programme - including weekly trading updates and monthly programme reviews to stakeholders at all levels

Essential skills and Experience

  • Experience in marketing in a regulated industry, preferably consumer credit - with an understanding of relevant regulation governing Financial Promotions
  • Highly numerate, with experience of drawing on a range of different data sources to build out performance narratives and drive decision-making, including channel metrics, digital analytics, risk and decisioning data and on-book performance metrics
  • Experience across a broad range of marketing channels including in-store, display, search and social - alongside measurement and testing methodologies
  • Adept in stakeholder management, able to convey messages to stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Previous experience managing large budgets and third parties
  • Comfortable with a level of ambiguity and able to pivot to meet changing business priorities
  • Able to work at pace on multiple projects, prioritising where appropriate
  • Commercially-minded, able to make the case for additional investment or prioritisation for projects where additional opportunities are identified
