Your new role: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Partnership Marketing Manager to join our team for a 12 month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of partner marketing and engagement campaigns across both offline and online channels. You will lead and support the implementation of joint marketing plans and campaigns with partners, aiming to meet activation and utilisation targets. Your efforts will also involve driving awareness of our services through the development and optimisation of a rolling content and engagement calendar for our partners, ensuring all materials receive the necessary commercial and clinical approvals.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Partnership team to build a pipeline of new partner opportunities. Collaboration with both the Partnership and Marketing teams will be crucial as you create and deliver strategic partner marketing plans designed to drive lead generation across multiple channels. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong focus on client engagement to effectively support our growth and outreach efforts.

Salary: Upto £43,500 per annum

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Requirements

  • Forming working relationships with our partners, understanding their needs and execution a plan which supports joint objectives.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute engagement plan aimed at growing our patient base within the partner.
  • Work with the content team to maintain an updated set of digital and offline assets, including presentation decks, welcome and information packs, service summaries and images to facilitate partner communication campaigns
  • Provide ongoing reactive sales and marketing support to our external partner marketing, HR and/or corporate teams.
  • Work in collaboration with Partership and BD team to meet overall DCA objectives.
  • Representing the company at partner events, benefits fairs, and exhibitions alongside the Partnership team.
  • Assist with the measurement of KPI's for partner marketing initiatives and communications
  • The continuous analysis of campaign performance and development of optimisation strategies
  • An ongoing commitment to auditing and improving marketing data quality for partner reporting and utilisation

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with working with multiple channel Partners and understanding customer mindsets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write content effectively.
  • Experience of using analytics and reporting to measure campaign results and action optimisations
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns across a variety of channels (in particular LinkedIn)
  • Able to work on several projects at the same time and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong influencing skills, numerate, analytic skills, and a commercial mindset
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Team player with an eye for detail
  • Experienced with Microsoft office
