About the Role:
As our Partnership Manager - APMs & Cross-Border Payments, you'll be the driving force behind Kixy's global payment network. Your mission is to connect Kixy to the world by establishing partnerships with Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) and cross-border payment platforms. You'll help create a payment ecosystem that's fast, frictionless, and built for the modern social money experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and grow strategic partnerships with APMs, cross-border payment providers, and financial services to enhance Kixy's innovative payment solutions.
• Expand Kixy's payment network, empowering our users to send and receive money wherever they are-effortlessly.
• Collaborate with product & tech teams to integrate new payment solutions, ensuring a seamless experience on our app.
• Build and manage relationships with payment partners, aligning with Kixy's vision and goals for social money.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends and unlock new opportunities in payments and financial services.
• Negotiate and secure winning deals with payment service providers to benefit Kixy and its users.
• Represent Kixy at key fintech events and forums, growing our network and presence in the global financial ecosystem.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or the payments industry.
• Deep understanding of E-money, the broader payments industry, and cross-border payment procedures.
• Familiar with the intricacies of payment corridors and emerging market opportunities.
• Expertise in APMs and cross-border payments, with a proven ability to build long-lasting, strategic partnerships.
• A strategic thinker and skilled negotiator with a strong network in fintech and payments.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and are eager to collaborate across teams.
• You have a global mindset and are comfortable navigating international payments and regulatory landscapes.
