We're seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to join our growing UKI Industry team. You'll work with our partners to develop innovative solutions that help customers accelerate their digital transformation journey.

About the Role

As a Partner Sales Manager, you'll nurture relationships with key consulting partners and their enterprise customers in the Energy and Utilities sector. You'll create value-driven solutions and work with cross-functional teams to support our partners' growth and success.

Key job responsibilities
- Guide the overall AWS partner strategy as part of our Enterprise team
- Develop and nurture partner relationships to drive mutual business growth
- Create and implement strategic sales plans with internal stakeholders
- Build compelling business cases for AWS solutions
- Foster long-term strategic partnerships aligned with market goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in software, cloud, or virtualization
- Demonstrated success in partner sales and revenue growth
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing or channel roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in account management or sales
