Core Hours: Monday-Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm

Location: Based at our London office or Situ HQ (Exeter)

Job purpose

As Partner Relationship Manager you will build and maintain key relationships across Situ's Partner network, supporting Situ's management team to continuously develop and implement strategies for effective Partner relationships and inventory management.

Specialising within a particular region of our Global Supply Chain you will have an exceptional understanding of what it means to work with our Partners in these areas. You will be responsible for ensuring positive relationships with our Partners and the wider Situ team through training sessions, engagement activities and updates.

You will conduct Partner account reviews in line with the standard Situ process, ensuring that our Partners feel supported and Situ sales and operational teams receive the very best commercial terms and availability at all times. You will represent Situ and build positive relationships by visiting Partners within your region, reporting back to all relevant departments and updating systems in line with Situ's standard process.

You will present Partner trends and financials to senior members of relevant Situ departments, offering ideas for commercial and service improvements. You will identify and manage risks connected with the supply chain, ensuring all actions and checks are carried out in order to mitigate them. Alongside this, you will support the Account Management team with regular reporting for client reviews and the development of client-preferred partnership programmes.

Working closely with the Guest Care team you will help to manage, maintain and continually improve Partner service, including reactive day-day support. Supporting with escalations as and when necessary. As and when required you will support all other members of the Supply Chain team with daily activities.
Key responsibilities and duties

Build key relationships across dedicated regional Partner accounts utilising, phone, teams and email, ensuring we have a thorough understanding of their business model

Conduct Partner account reviews in-line with Situ process

Support the management team to develop and implement strategies for effective Partner relationship and inventory management

Have an excellent understanding of working with Partners within your region and provide training to other areas of the business

Present Partner trends and financials to senior members of relevant Situ departments

Identify and manage risks connected with the supply chain, ensuring all actions and checks are carried out in order to mitigate them

Monitor and improve Partner commission and conversion levels

Support Account Managers with client and Partner reporting

Support Account managers by providing data to create partnership programmes

Support and guide Junior Partnership Managers with day-to-day queries and scenario handling

Work closely with Guest Care to manage, maintain and continually improve Partner service, including reactive day-day support

Be the point of escalation for any complaints or major concerns in line with Guest Escalation

Monitor and support Guest Care and AM with cases on Zoho Desk and run regular reporting to identify any trends or concerns

Visit Partners within your region, report back and update systems, ensuring detail is accurate at all times

Always represent Situ in the very best way in all your actions

Keep the relevant systems up to date with review notes and Partner information

Ensure all teams are fully aware of any pricing and availability notifications

Work closely with Sales teams to ensure your Partners content is accurate and reflective of their offering

Travel in line with the needs of Situ and the Supply Chain team
Essential responsibilities and duties

Supply chain management or account management experience required

Industry experience is preferred though not essential

Proficiency in relationship building is a must

Ability to travel regularly to our Exeter HQ or London Office and attend partner visits when required once established in the role
