About the Role
As part of our investment plan, we are looking for an exceptional information professional to work within the Risk & Compliance Product team. The Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Content Integration Specialists will work directly with customers and partners leveraging the Risk & Compliance product suite. This includes providing support to both technical and business users who have integrated the Dow Jones Risk and Compliance product(s) into their workflow.
You Will:
- Be a ambassador for Dow Jones Risk and Compliance partners
- Resolve customers' and partners' issues while providing high levels of customer service
- Retain and increase current partnerships, keeping our partners informed on new products
- Maintain deep relationships with our partners, growing our reach, audience, influence and presence in the marketplace.
- Provide first line support to partners who deliver Dow Jones Risk and Compliance content.
- Work with Sales to ensure Dow Jones is delivering the best integration solutions for Risk and Compliance.
- Provide consultation around the region on the best way to structure deals, opportunities and partnerships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with several partners
- Contribute expertise around the strategic direction of the Risk & Compliance business on subjects such as brand, positioning, value proposition and product roadmap.
- Promote the successful integration of our content into partners and customer platforms.
- Communicate globally for local partner and customer needs.
- Coordinate pre-sale, post-sale and implementation support for Risk & Compliance feeds and API products.
You Have:
- Understanding of Internet and Intranet applications, new web technologies, and industry trends.
- Background in Relationship Management, Partnership Management and/or B2B Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Interest and willingness to learn new technical systems and applications.
- Ability to follow a large set of procedural guidelines to a very high accuracy level and adjust to changes when required.
- Occasional travel may be required
- Desire to grow with the company.
