What you'll do
We are transforming the way we are doing business with our partners. The Indirect channel is a key pillar of the Enterprise Business Unit and a core part of the business plan to become the fastest growing Telecoms Business in the UK.
The Business Partner Manager will be accountable for:
• Managing our relationship with several key partners in the Indirect channel
• Achieving FY targets allocated to those partners (i.e. Net ctns, Revenue, NPS) at appropriate levels of margin share
• Supporting the partner to meet their business objectives and grow
• Increase Vodafone's penetration within the account across the product portfolio (predominately mobile, fixed, and IOT)
The role will include monitoring and driving partner performance against their contractual obligations and wider commercial negotiations, and building a joint long term growth plan with the partner to support both growth in the indirect channel and within the partners base.

• Strong communication and diplomacy skills required
• Good management of both internal and external stakeholders
• Leading complex contract negotiations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
