We are looking for a proactive and driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing Partner marketing team here at UW.

You've expertly developed, implemented, and managed successful customer experience journeys.   • Digital Marketing Expertise: You've consistently delivered results through email campaigns and other digital channels, leveraging your expertise to connect with audiences and drive action.
  • Partner-Centric: Your approach prioritises partner success. You understand the importance of building strong partnerships and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Great Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to clearly and concisely convey complex information to a diverse audience.   • Project Manager: You manage cross-functional projects, navigate stakeholder relationships, and set clear expectations.

The Partner Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work in the Partner Growth Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Lead, Partner Lifecycle & Engagement. You'll build strong relationships across the business and with our Partners to deliver the ultimate partner experience, across channels. You'll work hand in hand with the in-house Creative, Design & Marketing Operations teams to create content that really lands with our Partners.

The key responsibilities will involve the planning and implementation of the Partner Engagement project plans with the aim of increasing the number of active Partners.

What you'll do

  • Build a deep understanding of the Partner network and what makes our partners tick
  • Own partner insights and analysis, working with the data team to translate research and data into insight to identify opportunities to introduce new touchpoints to support Partners to be successful
  • Understand and drive forward how we use a variety of innovative levers with a robust test and learn approach to improve Partner activity rates and ultimately drive customer growth
  • Develop impactful multi channel partner lifecycle journeys: Create and deliver multi channel campaigns to drive consistent partner engagement and activity. Continuously testing, analysing and optimising to consistently improve the Partner journeys
  • Building strong relationships across the business to orchestrate the delivery
  • of the ultimate partner experience across all channels.
  • Working with our in-house Creative & Design & Marketing Operations teams to ensure all assets created champion our UW tone of voice and brand and inspire and motivate our Partners
