Partner Development Manager
Location: United Kingdom (mainly remote, occasional travel required)

We're looking for a highly motivated Partner Development Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of an initiative to support partners with their enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a technology partner program, including helping with planning, execution, and evaluation of program activities
- Create and own project plans that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required
- Own regional responsibilities to help mobility partners scale for success through technology and customer support
- Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners on various program related workstreams
- Identify and mitigate program risks providing solutions to enable partners on the program
- Manage and coordinate program communications
- Support the development and implementation of new program initiatives including UAT when required
- Working in an individual capacity to coordinate platform and partner validation for partner success
- Provide key data driven inputs to client and external partners on partner on-boarding journeys
- Identify key enablement and marketing opportunities that need client stakeholder attention
- Act as a POC to provide technical support and assistance to enablement partners
- Using Salesforce and spreadsheets to provide data and inferences to key stakeholders
- Support the client stakeholders to generate enterprise activations and enable new channel partners
- Participate and deliver presentations in events and activities that drive awareness of the program
- Develop and support a regional training/marketing plan in collaboration with the client partner
What You'll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of enterprise mobility and its ecosystem
- Excellent project and program management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and timelines
- Ability to analyze data, use Sales force for data management and derive trends
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Highly organized and able to work independently
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Functional and technical understanding of mobility platforms (Android preferred) and enterprise mobility management technologies
- Degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
