Mission
You will oversee boutique partnerships, with the ultimate objective of delivering positive outcomes to our customers and broadening our partnerships over time. Your role will involve comprehensive management of the entire partnership process. You will be joining the team lead byAlexis Sainte Beuve.
You will be joining Pigment in the entrepreneurial adventure, where you have leadership and cross functional leadership fully committed to partner motion, with all key function represented.
What you'll do:
- Scope - Manage a set of boutique Partner Relationships in your geography
- Business Plans with Focus Partners - Manage the execution of business plans with focus Partners under management
- Field alignment: Cultivate solid and trusted relationships with every Account Executive, Sales, and Services Leader you are aligned with. Encourage trust in your guidance regarding which Partner should be engaged in every opportunity arising from a co-selling and/or deployment perspective.
- Marketing To - Identify the main sponsors and sellers we need to introduce Pigment to. Then, create a plan to get them interested in partnering with us and promoting Pigment to potential customers.
- Marketing With - Collaborate with Partners and Pigment Marketing organization to plan and execute regional/virtual Marketing Events with Partners
- Reporting & Administration - Continuously monitor and report on progress on business plan target achievement, risks, and other partner success KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management - Facilitate overall stakeholder management, relationship mapping, and collaboration across the Partner, Alliance team(s),Sales leadership, and Pigment leadership.

Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience managing partnerships in and around SaaS required
- Experience recruiting, signing, incubating, managing and significantly scaling
- Prior experience in the EPM/FP&A space preferred
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to partner needs
