Why This Role Is SO Important:

As a Partner Account Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our partners, helping them expand their client base, maximise revenue, and make the most of our powerful solutions. You won't just be managing accounts-you'll be driving real business impact, forming long-term relationships, and helping partners unlock new opportunities.

What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff!):

Grow & Nurture Relationships - Manage a portfolio of partners, understand their business goals, and help them scale with our SaaS solutions.

Strategic Support - Provide expert guidance, training, and marketing resources to ensure partners can confidently promote and sell our system.

Data-Driven Decision Making - Use CRM, Power BI, and other SaaS tools to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.

Sales & Account Management - Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, contract negotiations, and hitting key performance targets.

Engage & Influence - Build strong connections at all levels, from business owners to key decision-makers, both in-person and online (yes, LinkedIn game strong!).

Problem-Solving & Retention - Proactively address challenges, minimise churn, and ensure partner satisfaction through consistent communication.

Present & Persuade - Craft compelling proposals that showcase how partnering with us can transform businesses.

Full time is 37.5 hours a week

£34,000-£36,000 + commission

The Hiring Process: Let's Make it Personal!

Screening Call: Virtual via Google Meet with our People and Talent Advisor to have a friendly chat , learn more about your experience, what excites you about the role, and how you align with our people-first culture.

First stage Interview: (In person with short presentation) You'll meet the hiring manager, and our Partner Relations Manager. We'd love you to give us a 10-15 min presentation (we're working on the brief) and we'll dive into your skills, ambitions, and how you'd impact. This is also your chance to ask us anything about the role and company!

Culture Fit Interview: You'll meet our Head of Department and another manager from across the business. We want to make sure you'll thrive in our fast-paced collaborative culture, and that this is the perfect match for both of us!
